Great news, have you heard about the 100% financing program available to first time homebuyers?

Well believe it or not, there is still an opportunity to buy a home without making a downpayment. Do you know of a first time home buyer that is considering moving outside of the Birmingham city limits to such areas as Calera, Chelsea, Maylene, Sterrett, Montevallo, Pinson, Moody, Odenville, Margaret, Morris, Kimberly, Pleasant Grove or McCalla?  If so, they may qualify for the USDA Rural Development loan. This loan program allows a first time homebuyer to purchase a home with 100% financing. That's right NO down payment!!!!!

Today is indeed a magnificent Monday.  So many facebook colleagues are talking about how nice the weather is in Birmingham today.  Well, I am sitting in my office right now and enjoying the view of the sun.  It has been 3 consecutive days without rain and plenty of sunshine.  I think the high today is around 88 degrees.  I've decided to leave work today around 5 o'clock and enjoy the rest of the day with my family. *Home must be your primary residence (Must live in the home you are purchasing)

*Income can not exceed $75,000 for single; $150,000 for married couples

*Not eligible if the Seller and the Buyer are related

*Home must be purchased by December 1, 2009.
